Image Guidelines for Your Custom Pet Products

To ensure the highest quality for your custom pet portrait, the image you upload is crucial. Follow these tips and guidelines to make sure your photo is perfect:

  1. Lighting: Take a photo in daylight or in a brightly lit room.
  2. Camera Quality: Use a smartphone or high-quality camera.
  3. Visibility: Ensure the entire face and neck are visible and not in shadows.
  4. Natural Look: Avoid using overly filtered photos to capture your pet's true coloring.
  5. Positioning: Have your pet look directly at the camera at eye level, facing forward. If you prefer a different position, note that your pet will be illustrated in that pose.
  6. Accessories: Collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other outfits will not be included in the final portrait.

Following these guidelines will help us create a stunning and accurate portrait of your beloved pet.

Not sure whether your images will work?

If you have any questions about the quality of your image, feel free to email it to us at contact@jaspaws.com. We often create portraits of pets that have passed away, so we understand that it's not always possible to follow all the guidelines above.

In many cases, we can still make it work.
